This collar can also be removed from the lens, and a protective cover takes its place, for more comfortable handheld use.Lens hood is constructed from a carbon fiber reinforced plastic to remain lightweight yet exceptionally durable.This lens is compatible with the optional Sigma USB Dock for fine-tuning different lens characteristics and updating its firmware.
